Talent Show Auditions
Auditions are scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 7 in the cafeteria, starting at 3:15 pm. Each student is given an audition time. Please wait in the lobby of the office until you are called in to audition. RHS Teacher and Staff Appreciation Brunch
The annual Teacher and Staff Appreciation Brunch has been set for Friday, February 10th. Redwood PTSA is in need of both food and monetary donations. The monetary donations will be used for paper goods and any other items that are still needed. Also, any student members of PTSA that would like to participate are encouraged to help with the set up or by providing food donations. Please contact Chris Wong at 731-1025 if you would like to make a donation.

THE MUSIC MAN IS COMING! Redwood's 54th annual musical will be held February 9th, 10th and 11th at 7:00 p.m. and February 11th at 2:00 p.m. at the LJ Williams Theater. Tickets are available at the Finance Center, Link's, Ashoori's Jewelers, The Ruby Slipper PAA, Town Center Pharmacy, and at Functional Fitness. Tickets are $10. CAHSEE TESTING
CAHSEE TESTING will take place for 10th graders and 12th graders who have not passed one or both sections. February 7th and 8th. All current 9th, 11th, 12th graders who have passed the CAHSEE should report to school at 12:14 p.m. for classes.

MW family has lost another
Cross Country Coach, Doug Rudolf, passed away last week. Services will be Feb. 3rd at 1:30 pm at St. Mary's Church. At 5:30 p.m., there will be a candlelight walk at Mooney Grove Park. Those who attend will walk the final half-mile of the cross country course.

Congratulations to the Varsity boys soccer team
who kept pace with first-place Golden West by defeating Lemoore 3-1 yesterday. Memo Deniz led the way as he helped account for all three goals. Deniz scored in the third and sixth minutes and dished out an assist to Jordan Hayward in the 15 mintue. Ricardo Noguera had one assist for the Pioneers. Adrian De La Torre had 3 saves in goal. The boys are now 6-1-2 in the WYL.

Congratulations to the Mt. Whitney Wrestling Team
for defeating Redwood last night 44 to 27. Scoring big wins for the Pioneers was Andrew Carter, Eric Vandell-Little, Jason Zecchni, Jaime Galvan, Grant Morris, Isaiah Aceves, Dawuud Davis, andRichard DeSantos. Great win Pioneers!

CAHSEE Schedule
Next Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 7 and 8th, Mt. Whitney will be on a testing schedule because of the California High School Exit Exam.All 10th-grade students and a few 12th-grade students will take this important test. The test takers will need to show up at 8:30am for the exam. For all other students school will start at 12:00.

Redwood High School Presents 'The Music Man'
The Music Man is coming back to Visalia! Redwood High School is proud to present its 54th annual all-school show on February 9, 10, and 11 at 7 p.m. with a special matinee at 2 p.m. on February 11. There will be sign language interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing at this matinee. Also, there will be a dinner show on February 11 at 6 p.m. in the courtyard between the L.J. Williams Theater and the Annie Mitchell Library.
