  • Science Trip Nov 9th

    This year’s Science Trip is to Alcatraz Island and Pier 39. The trip is Nov. 9th 2019. The cost is $110.00 per person. We will visit the infamous Alcatraz Island and enjoy Pier 39. Registration for the trip is on a “first come, first served” basis. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today. Talk to your science teacher for more information or registration forms.

  • School Play 2020 (Save the Date Feb 13-16)

    Calling all Actors, Singers, Dancers, Pirates, Sailors, Sea Creatures, any student who want to be in the Little Theatre! We are celebrating 40th year in theatrical excellence with the Broadway show “The Little Mermaid!” All interested students come to rm. 42 at break on Thurs., Aug. 15th or Fri Aug. 16th! We will explain how to be involved with the show and get a rehearsal calendar. Pre-first for the show starts Monday! You can still be in Jazz Band and sports and participate! There’s a place for everyone in the musical! Come on the adventure Under the Sea with us!

  • Picture Retake Day Oct 1st

    Picture day will be done during students PE class time on August 20th. The picture envelope was inside your student packet that was sent home. Picture retakes will be October 1st Rm 26 12-1:30pm. We ask that all students even if you are not ordering please make sure you have your picture taken for your student ID.

    “Students! The Charger Café & Cafeteria is requesting for student volunteers to help serve lunch. ” *Please ask for Mrs. Yaeger in the cafeteria for the details on how to become a Student Lunch worker. Thank You! Attention All GAMS students! Please come and eat at Breakfast or at Lunch, “Free of CHARGE” in the Murphy Center. Breakfast Serving times Monday- 8:15am-8:55am/ Tuesday- Friday-7:45am-8:15am Lunch serving time: Students, please come at your schedule lunch meal period. *Please refer to the VUSD Middle School Menu for your daily meal choices. We look forward to Greeting and Feeding You!

  • New High School Design Survey

    Visalia Unified, along with its architectural firm, Mangini Associates, Inc. and several District committees, has begun the planning and design process of our community’s next comprehensive high school. The new high school will be located in northwest Visalia and is projected to open in the fall of 2024. In order to collect widespread community input that will help guide the design of the new school, a survey has been developed and is available to all interested stakeholders.
