Outstanding Student Achievement Awards - At the Tuesday, March 12, Board meeting, selected students were presented with the Outstanding Student Achievement Award. These students were recognized for their outstanding achievements in a specific area of curriculum.
Measure A is a General Obligation bond that was on the November 2018 ballot asking Visalians to support a property tax so Visalia Unified School District can improve schools, enhance safety and provide upgraded technology. Measure A passed with more than 60% of the vote.

Visalia Unified School District stays abreast of technological changes and secures funding necessary to build new campuses to keep up with Visalia’s strong population growth.
