What happens after a roof leak in my room?

    Answer:

In the event of water intrusion due to a leak in the roof, the following steps are to be taken: wet and/or damaged ceiling tiles will be taken down, effective roofing repairs will be performed (weather permitting, a follow-up visit may be required), a water leakage test will be performed utilizing a water hose and a visual inspection for leaks, damaged ceiling tiles will be replaced with new tiles. It should be noted that the damaged ceiling tiles will not be replaced until an effective roofing repair has been performed and the area above the tiles has been dried and ventilated. This may mean that the tiles will not be replaced for a few days.
