Beginning with the July 28, 2020, Board meeting, public comments will not be accepted in person or by telephone. Members of the public may submit their comments using the online form. Comments submitted via the online public comment form will be read aloud by a staff member during the applicable agenda item, provided that the reading of each email will be limited to three (3) minutes on each agenda item.
