    Welcome to our Baking and Pastry class!!! This is a year-long Career Technical Education course in the Culinary Arts Pathway.  The focus of this course will be on all key aspects of the Food Services Industry through lecture and hands-on lab based experiences that emphasize industry standards and guidelines preparing them for a future career or further education in the Food Service and Hospitality Sector. This is the second class in the Mt. Whitney Culinary Arts pathway.  Students completing this course have the ability to earn their California Food Handler's permit.
