Welcome to the Visalia Unified School District Bid Information Page
The Visalia Unified School District welcomes qualified vendors and contractors to participate in its bidding opportunities. We strive to build professional, cooperative relationships while obtaining goods, services, and projects at fair and reasonable prices. The District is always looking to connect with new vendors and encourages your participation. Formal bids are advertised in the local newspaper and publicly opened on the date and time listed in each notice.
All questions about bid specifications must be directed to the contact listed in the bid packet. This contact may be a District representative or an Architect representative and is the only authorized person to respond. All correspondence must be sent via email; phone calls will not be accepted. Please ensure all correspondence is directed to bids@vusd.org so we can assist you promptly. If the contact cannot answer your question, a written addendum will be issued. Only written Addenda are binding. Any information obtained from other District staff or end users is not legally binding and may result in your bid being rejected.

NEW MODULAR BUILDING & SHADE STRUCTURE AT VALLEY OAK MIDDLE SCHOOL
Submission Deadline:
All proposals must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026 before 3:00 p.m.
Late proposals will not be accepted.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit:
A Mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on January 08, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Valley Oak , 2000 N. Lovers Lane, Visalia, CA 93292, at the Administration building. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference will be disqualified. Bidders not attending the site visits will be disqualified.
