The Visalia Unified School District welcomes qualified vendors to participate in its Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities. We strive to build professional, cooperative relationships while obtaining goods and services that support District programs and initiatives.

The RFPs listed on this page are non-construction solicitations and may include, but are not limited to, instructional curriculum and academic programs (such as mathematics, English, and Human Geography), technology and telecommunications services (including E-Rate), Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) services, Nutrition Services Department (NSD) initiatives, and other department-specific needs.

All questions regarding RFP specifications must be directed to the contact listed in the solicitation document. This contact may be a District representative and is the only authorized person to respond to questions regarding the proposal. All correspondence must be sent via email; phone calls will not be accepted. Please ensure all correspondence is directed to bids@vusd.org so we can assist you promptly.

If the contact cannot answer your question, a written addendum may be issued. Only written addenda are binding. Any information obtained from other District staff or end users is not legally binding and may result in your proposal being rejected.
