Currently under construction, the stadium improvements project at Mineral King Bowl and Community Stadium began on January 6, 2026, and is scheduled for completion in May 2026. The project includes the removal of the existing scoreboards and the installation of a new display board with the ability to stream live videos. The scope also includes HVAC improvements within the existing press boxes, speaker systems on new and existing poles, and upgraded power and data infrastructure.
The project further consists of site and system upgrades including trenching, electrical conduits, conductors, pull boxes, and signal cabling to support the new equipment. Additional work includes installation of mechanical equipment with all required utility connections, off-haul and disposal of existing scoreboard components, and landscape and irrigation restoration of all disturbed areas. New infrastructure pathways for power and data are being installed, along with all hardware and software required for scoreboard connectivity, as well as staff demonstration and training.
