Payroll Deadlines
Timesheets are due in the District Office by 5p.m. on the first working day after the end of the month.
If, for whatever reason, your timesheet is late it will be held and processed for the following payroll cycle.
Did you Claim Exempt in 2024? – If you are eligible and were claiming EXEMPT in 2024 from tax withholding, you must submit a newly completed 2025 IRS Form W-4 and 2025 State Form DE-4 to Payroll no later than February 15, 2025, to retain your exempt status. If a new form is not received by the IRS imposed deadline of February 15th, your withholding allowances will be changed to withholding status “Single” and “Zero” dependents.

- Timesheets received after the above listed dates will be considered late and will be processed the month following the month they were submitted.
- All timesheets must include Employee ID numbers (required effective 6/1/2024), Employee first and last name, Employee signature, and date.
- All timesheets must include the Rate or Range to be paid. Incomplete timesheets may cause a delay in payment.
- If you will be on Winter Break, December timesheets are due in the District Office by 4:30PM on Friday, December 20, 2024. Timesheets reviewed after 1/2/2025, will be processed the month following the month they were submitted.
