We are constantly seeking new sources and welcome your participation. Formal bids are solicited through a newspaper advertisement and are publicly opened and read aloud on the date and time indicated.
We will compile a list of questions with answers and issue an addendum. Only written Addenda shall be binding. Bidders shall verify and only rely on applicable dates stated in bid documents and addenda.

If you are interested in signing up on the District's vendor list including CUPCCAA, please click on the "Vendor List" link below and fill out the application. Buyers will use this list to contact vendors for quotes and to extend invitations to Bid.
Any vendor who chooses to register his/her company acknowledges VUSD is not obligated to notify the vendor of all bid solicitations within his/her registered commodity. Vendors shall rely on the official notification in the local paper for formal bid solicitations. Also, it is the vendor’s responsibility to keep the information updated and correct by completing a new form for any contact information changes.
