Educator Support is committed to designing and delivering inclusive pathways and professional learning that support every stage of an employee’s journey— fostering growth, building capacity, and strengthening retention so all staff feel valued, empowered, and equipped to thrive.

We provide opportunities for aspiring educators to gain experience through fieldwork and residency programs, while also supporting current employees through recruitment, hiring, mentorship, and induction. In addition, Educator Support promotes long-term growth by offering leadership development through academies that advance staff across all roles.
