VUSD uses the term "Guest Teacher" when referring to what is commonly called a substitute teacher.
Daily Rate
- Day-to-day Rate: $200.00 per day ($28.58 hr)
- Long-Term: $250.00 per day ($35.72 hr)
- Pre-K Instructor $26.68 hr
Minimum Qualifications
- Sub Permit or Credential.
- Requirements differ for Career Technical Education (CTE), Early Childhood Teachers, and Adult Education. Check with your support specialist for these specific requirements.
