We are continually searching for new sources and invite your participation. Formal bids are requested through newspaper advertisements and are publicly opened and announced at the specified date and time.

Public Works Contractor Registration
If you're interested in joining the District's vendor list, which includes CUPCCAA, please click the "Vendor List" link below and complete the requested information. Buyers will refer to this list when reaching out to vendors for quotes and extending bid invitations. Please be advised that this pertains to a list of vendors and is not a PUBLIC WORKS PREQUALIFICATION LIST.
Vendors registering acknowledge that VUSD is not obligated to notify them of all bid solicitations within their registered commodity. Official notifications in the local paper are the vendors' primary source for formal bid solicitations. Additionally, vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information by submitting a new form for any changes in contact details.
