Planning & Construction

The mission of the Facilities Department is to provide a safe and healthy learning environment for students, staff, and the community by prioritizing projects and aligning resources through positive communication that support the mission of Visalia Unified School District

The Planning and Construction department provides construction project planning and management services for the district. We serve as the liaison between state, county, city, and our school site personnel to ensure that our district's facility needs are aligned with the educational programs of our students.
