Interdistrict Transfers-Outgoing
Transfer requests for the 2026–2027 school year will be accepted December 1, 2025, through March 1, 2026. Families will be notified of transfer decisions by March 20, 2026, via email. Please note: Some schools may be closed to transfers due to enrollment capacity. If you attempt to apply for a closed school, the online system will redirect you to another school with available space.
Interdistrict Transfers – Outgoing
Students living within VUSD boundaries requesting to attend a school in
another district
- These transfer requests must first be approved by VUSD.
- Once approved, the receiving district will make the final decision to approve or deny the request.
- Outgoing interdistrict transfers must be renewed annually with VUSD.
