The purpose of this form is to give parents an opportunity to share information about their child for class placement in the upcoming school year. Our goal in building classes is to make sure that every class is balanced and that all students’ individual needs are considered. Class rosters are first built by staff teams, and teachers are later assigned to those developed lists. Your input is important to us in this process. If you would like to share some information that you believe would help us place your child in the best learning environment possible, use the space available below to give us that input. Please know that we are not able to honor requests for specific teachers.
The deadline to submit forms is Friday, June 4, 2021. To submit, email it to Mr. Hambleton at firstname.lastname@example.org, or turn it in to to our school office.
