STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Cell Phones/Headphones/AirPods

Cell phones, headphones, and/or AirPods are not allowed in the classrooms, or out on campus during the school day.  Leave those items at home, or in your backpack. 

Students, do not bring confetti eggs or any type of glass container(s) to school.  Please help keep our campus clean.

PRIDE Store

The PRIDE Store will be open today after school in Room 405.

Library News

Just a friendly reminder that the library is open in the morning before school, during break and after school. Come in to check out a book, play board games, or explore your creative side with Legos, Kinex, origami and coloring crafts. Please come check it out!

Cheer Packets

Cheer Packets are now available at EDHS student services offices, the La Joya front office, and in Pathfinder. Packets are due today, March 31st at place of pick up by 4:00pm.  You must complete a packet in order to try out for the EDHS 2023-2024 cheer squads.  Any questions please contact Miner Cheer at eldiamantecheer@gmail.com.  If you are turning in your completed packet at La Joya, please take it to the student window.

Spring Break

Spring break will be from Monday, April 3rd through Monday, April 10th.  Have a safe and happy break!

Neon Dance

Get ready for some fun!  Our next school dance will be on Friday, April 14th from 3:30 to 5:15. Bring your best Neon attire. Dress code still applies and once you leave the dance you cannot reenter, so make sure you are bringing your cash with you into the dance.   

To be eligible you must:

Earn a 2.3 or better in all classes
Have no discipline infractions
90% or better attendance
No more than 5 tardies a week
