    Remote Learning Resources

    Schoology Help Docs:

    Joining a Course Using an Access Code - A course does not appear for an individual unless that individual is registered into the course. The course developer may add individuals one-by-one, or individuals may join the course using an access code.

    Using Zoom in Schoology - There are multiple ways to incorporate a Zoom session in a Schoology course for instructional purposes. This document presents one such method.

    K-6 Student Chromebook Log-in - Students in the K-6 grade span may use their badge to log into their Chromebook for easier access to Schoology (Spanish Version)

    Grade 7-12 Chromebook Log-in - Students in grade 7-12, and students who may have misplaced thier badge, or hadn't received thier badge, may still log in by typing thier username and password.

    Changing the Course Title - When courses move from Power School to Schoology, sometimes the title of the course is too technical for students and parents to readily identify. For this reason, teachers can modify the title of the course.

    What happened to all of the files that I used to find on the Elementary and Secondary pages under the District->Curriculum links?

    That portion of website is geared to the Public (Parents & Students). All Teacher & Site Staff relevant media have been consolidated to the following pages (all found under "For Staff" in the Navigation menu above: Curriculum Support (here), Academic Support, and TOSA Portal.

    I have a concern about the Curriculum Support site, who do I talk to?

    I am a Parent/Student, and I am looking for information about Curriculum not listed in the Parent/Student section of this website?

    This section of the website was intended for school personnel, however, anything that is not password protected, you are more than welcome to look at. There is a Common Questions page on the Curriculum portal page that may have an answer for your question, otherwise visit our Contact Us page to direct your inquiry to the proper party.

    Who is the best person to contact for Elementary Curriculum questions?

    For general inquiries, the Curriculum Office Manager or Secretary should be able to assist you. For specific questions, contact the Teacher on Special Assignment that works with your grade level/course content, or the Elementary Curriculum Director.
