If you feel this is an emergency, ask your teacher for a pass to go see your counselor. All other requests will be seen within the next 48-72 hours. If you are a current senior, or if you graduated between 2014-2018, you may submit a transcript request via the google link below. Please fill out all the information accurately. Allow five to ten business days for mailed transcripts. If you graduated before 2014, please call the district office at 559-730-7573. If you are a company in need of official transcripts or graduation verification, please submit your request via fax at 559-730-7911, or via email at email@example.com . If you have any questions regarding this form, please call the counseling office at 559-730-7617. Thank you.
New Student Registration Information
Enrollment packets are located in the front office and in the counseling office, or you can print out the pdf to the right of this page. In addition to the completed packet, you will need the following items in order to enroll your student:
- Student Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records with updated TB
- Withdrawal Grades from previous school
- Parent ID/Caregiver Form and custody paperwork if applicable
- Proof of Residency: Utility bills, rental agreements, Government paperwork with address
- Special Services- IEP/504/CELDT information copies for correct placement
Once your packet is filled out and you have all the items requested, please call the number on the packet to schedule an appointment. Failure to bring required items can result in rescheduling of your appointment. If you have any questions about the packet, appointment times or anything else regarding the counseling department, feel free to give us a call @ 559-730-7617. Business hours are between 7:30-4:30. Due to a high volume of enrollments in the beginning of the school year, we will not take “walk-in” enrollments.
The Program Planning Guide (located above) is made available to students and parents to assist them in effectively planning a student’s education at Mt. Whitney High School.
