    The NEW Counselor Request form!

Click on the link and enter all the information required. **Changing electives and teacher requests are not allowed**. If you feel this is an emergency, ask your teacher for a pass to go see your counselor. All other requests will be seen within the next 48-72 hours. Submitting multiple requests for the same thing will NOT speed up the process and it might constitute disciplinarian action.

    New Student Registration Information

Enrollment packets are located in the front office and in the counseling office. Once your packet is filled out and you have all the items requested, please call the number on the packet to schedule an appointment.  Failure to bring required items can result in rescheduling of your appointment. If you have any questions about the packet, appointment times or anything else regarding the counseling department, feel free to give us a call @ 559-730-7617. Business hours are between 7:30-4:30. Due to a high volume of enrollments in the beginning of the school year, we will not take “walk-in” enrollments.  For more information on new student enrollment, visit the VUSD New Student Registration page.
