2025 Graduation Ceremony Information

Rules & Requirements

We hope to make your graduation ceremony a safe and pleasant experience for all graduates and attendees. In doing so, we have adopted the following requirements.

For Attendees

Code of Conduct:

• No Loud Disruptions
• Refrain from Chanting or Ceremonial Related Activities
• Excessive distruptions may result in being removed from the event

Please refrain from bringing:

• Drones
• Noise makers
• Balloons
• Ice chests/coolers
• No outside food or drinks
• Pop-up shades, large banners/posters, or any items that will obstruct the view of others

Water Bottles:

• Only clear, unopened water bottles will be allowed

Bags and Backpacks:

• Clear bags are preferred
• No backpacks or large bags will be allowed (excluding diaper bags)
• All bags & purses will be subject to search

Seating:

• Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Saving or blocking off large sections will not be allowed
• Special seating for Handicapped Guests will require passes that must be obtained in advance from the hosting high school’s office. No walk-up passes will be issued. Only 2 guests will be allowed to accompany each handicapped person who has a pass
• No parents are allowed in the pre-graduation staging area with the graduates before the ceremony
