Yes, transportation to all summer schools is available

Free lunch meals will be available to all children who are ages 2 to 18 years old, beginning June 12th. To participate, children must come to a site  listed on this document at the time stated and they will receive a free meal which must be eaten at the site.  Adults are not eligible for this program.

We encourage students to stay connected to school throughout the summer. A great way to keep your mind active is to login into Paper through the clever portal. In Paper students can explore a variety of 'Paper Missions' that engage students of all ages in game related math learning. Also Paper Reading allows students to practice by reading to the program. Should you need help while reading or while exploring new topics during the summer, make sure to chat with one of Papers highly trained tutors.

Please call 559-730-7510 to make an appointment for Work Permits. Work Permits are processed at the College and Career Readiness Office next to the Visalia Learning Center at 630 S. Atwood Street in Visalia. Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, starting June 5 through August 4.

The Workforce Investment Board (WIB) is available for Work Permits as well. The WIB phone number is 559-713-5000.
