What is the Long-Range Facilities Master Plan?
As part of Visalia Unified School District’s commitment to providing safe, modern, and supportive learning environments, the District developed a comprehensive Long-Range Facilities Master Plan to identify facility needs across its school sites.
The plan reviews areas such as classroom spaces, building systems, safety and security, technology, educational programs, enrollment and capacity, and long-term campus improvements.
The 2023 Long-Range Facilities Master Plan was developed through a multi-month planning process with support from District leadership, the Board of Education, planning and architectural professionals, and input from community members, school users, and stakeholders. The plan serves as a guide for prioritizing future facility improvements and aligning school facilities with the District’s educational goals and long-term needs.
