- Establish and execute a standard safety and security equipment plan
- Establish, implement, and maintain standards for Athletic, Career Technical Education (CTE), and Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) facilities
- Develop and implement a facility plan to address growth in the community and modernization of school facilities
