    The Visalia Unified School District Board of Trustees held their Annual Organizational Meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. The Board elected William A. Fulmer as the Board President and Patricia M. Griswold as Board Clerk for 2018. Congratulations, Mr. Fulmer and Mrs. Griswold!

    At the December 12 Annual Organizational Meeting, the Board of Trustees and Superintendent Oto thanked and presented outgoing Board President Lucia D. Vazquez and Board Clerk William A.
